Our Lady of Grace Catholic Retreat Center charges for retreats based upon type of retreat, number of meals the retreatant chooses, and any additional services requested.  Please contact us via phone so a cost can be determined based upon your services.

We are a retreat center that strives to provide a place of silence, stillness, and solitude for our retreatants and visitors.  Unless otherwise specified by the type of event you are participating in, retreatants are expected to maintain silence once the retreat has begun through its conclusion.

If you are staying at the retreat center in one of our private rooms, you may check in at 4:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made.  Check-out is at noon on the day of departure.

Our Lady of Grace Catholic Retreat Center provides seven guest rooms each with their own private bath, outdoor patio and keyed security code.  Each room is named for a particular saint and has a view of the outdoors, both intended to assist you in drawing closer to Christ.  To that end a Bible, Crucifix, prayer chair and outdoor rocking chair and table are also provided. Towels and a hair dryer are supplied in each bath.

The retreat center has a beautifully -appointed chapel where you are invited to spend time before the Blessed Sacrament in prayer. The living room boasts a fireplace and contains a library with many books available for your use while you are here visiting. The large dining room hosts our daily meals and has access to outdoor seating on the patio overlooking the lake.   We offer two coffee/snack bars with a microwave and refrigerator for your use.  Throughout the retreat center various artwork is displayed in the form of statues, photographs and paintings.  In process, on the grounds, we are constructing walking trails designed to meditate on the Mysteries of the Rosary.

Persons attending a retreat should make known their health concerns prior to registering with us.  Concerns may be food allergies, ADA accessibility at the retreat center, walking distance from parking area to center, etc. We desire to accommodate everyone as best as we can but ask that you share any concerns you may have with the administrator, Judene Kuszak.  Call or email us with questions.

If you have food limitations, please visit with our administrator prior to confirming your reservation.  If you prefer different meal options, you are invited to bring your own food.  Our coffee bar includes a small refrigerator and microwave.

Casual clothing is recommended—be sure to bring clothing seasonally appropriate.  Walking trails are available and the ground can be uneven, please bring the necessary shoes to accommodate conditions. If planning to walk outdoors, you may want to bring sunglasses, a water bottle, walking stick for the trails, sunscreen and bug spray. We are located in the country so you may encounter some wildlife in the woods and on the lake.

All cell phone use in public places is strictly prohibited.  Cell phones should remain silenced, and we recommend that they are left in your room during your stay and only used for emergencies.  Please share the retreat center phone number with a family member or close friend should the need arise for you to be contacted in case of emergency.

Housekeeping services are limited.  Towels will be changed out only upon request if staying more that 3 days. Retreatants acknowledge that they will treat their room and the other retreat facilities with respect and care.  There is no smoking in the retreat center or on the grounds. No pets are allowed.

To preserve privacy and security, photographs of the facilities, grounds or other participants are prohibited.

14 days prior to the first day of the scheduled retreat, monies refunded minus 10% of the total paid.

13-7 days prior to the first day of the scheduled retreat, monies refunded minus 25% of the total paid.

Less than 7 days prior to the first day of the scheduled retreat, no refund issued but a credit will be held to be applied to another agreed upon date of makeup retreat.
